The Port Aransas Police Department Divisions are available to speak to community groups of any size. Some of the topics for presentations are "Identity Theft", "Protective Orders and Family Violence"," Bicycle Safety", "Theft Prevention", "When to Call 911", "Cellular Phones and 911" and "What 911 Operators want to know", just to name a few. At least two week's notice is appreciated prior to the date of any presentation.

Members of the Police Department will be progressive thinking advocates of public safety and encourage participation from community leaders that empowers stakeholders while establishing goals and accountability for those involved. These professional associations will form a medium where public safety concerns can be anticipated and addressed by initiating and maintaining positive relationships with neighborhoods, schools, businesses, and other members of our community.
