Parking at the City-owned Port Street Parking Lot requires that you enter the designated parking lot entrance, find a parking space with a parking number, scan the QR code on the Honk Mobile sign found in various places within the parking lot, or use the Honk Mobile App, and pay for your choice of time in the numbered parking space. Please make sure to park straight and not over the yellow striping into a second numbered parking space. If towing a trailer, then payment of both numbered parking spaces must be paid. Only one trailer is allowed per parking space. Only one golf cart is allowed per parking space. Only one motorcycle is allowed per parking space. Only one UTV is allowed per parking space. This is a towing-enforced parking lot. If you are towed for parking and not making a payment, please contact Mrs. Woody Jr.'s Automotive at (361) 749-4290.
