The Community Center is located at 408 North Alister, Port Aransas, TX
Occupancy: 200 persons (standing room only)
Table & chair Setup up is 120 (depending on layout of event)
Amenities include: Center, kitchen, and restrooms
Commercial Use:
Basic Daily Fee: $400.00/day
Deposit: 50% of Total
Holdover Fee: $10.00/hr.
Clean-Up Deposit: $150.00/per day of event
Building Security Deposit $100.00
Key Deposit: $25.00
Sound system $20.00
Private Use:
Basic Daily Fee: $400.00/day
Deposit: 50% of Total
