Classes
* Adult CPR / First Aid
Prepare participants on being able to give Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation for patients age 8 and above. Participants also learn how to respond to emergencies such as bleeding control and shock management, splinting of possible broken bones or dislocated joints, heat and cold emergencies, poisonings including snakebites and ingestions.
*AED
Teaches participants how to safely use the Automatic External Defibrillator, in cardiac arrest. Participants must be certified in Adult CPR before taking the AED Course.
*Infant / Child CPR First Aid
Participants learn how to recognize and give Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitations in infants and children up to age 8. Participants also learn how to respond to emergencies such as bleeding control and shock management, splinting of possible broken bones or dislocated joints, heat and cold emergencies, poisonings including snakebites and ingestions in children and infants.
* Oxygen administration
Prepares participants the knowledge and skills needed to know when and how to use supplemental oxygen and breathing devices.
