The City of Port Aransas Human Resources Department partners with City leadership, employees, and the community to promote a positive and productive work environment. We provide guidance and support in areas including recruitment and hiring, employee relations, benefits administration, training and development, compliance with employment laws, and workplace safety.

EMPLOYMENT

All full time, regular employees are provided a benefit package of paid sick/vacation leave, life, health, vision, and dental insurance, 12 paid holidays and TMRS retirement package.
