The objective of the Marlin Academy Afterschool Program is to serve the needs of working parents by providing their children with a safe, wholesome, enriching afterschool experience. It is run by and a part of the City of Port Aransas.

Marlin Academy is an after-school program that serves the needs of working parents by providing their children with a safe, wholesome, enriching after-school experience. It is managed and operated by the City of Port Aransas Parks and Recreation Department.

Marlin Academy is open to students aged 5 - 12 years. Marlin Academy is operational on school days from 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm and is held on the campus of H.G. Olsen Elementary School.

The Monthly fee for Marlin Academy is $125.00 for the first student and $62.50 for each additional student in the same household. Financial aid is available for those who qualify.
