  • We expect our staff to adhere to the highest levels of professionalism at all times. Occasionally we fall short of those expectations. If you believe we have not adequately performed our duties, it is important that you provide us with honest feedback so that we can address your concerns. The Texas Government Code requires that all complaints against a peace officer be made in writing. Please take the time to complete this document as accurately as you can. All complaints will be investigated. It is likely that you and any witnesses will be contacted by an investigator during the follow up and additional information may be required for us to complete the investigation. Once the investigation has been completed you will be notified in writing of the outcome.
