Platting

PACO Sec. 21-22. Building permit states that "no moving, building, or other construction related permit shall be issued for work on any property which has not been platted as defined at section 21-1."

Therefore, the City shall not accept any portion of a development, moving, building, or other construction related permit application until the property has been platted.
