I would like to get other councilmember’s ideas on reducing the maximum permitted retail space in Port Aransas; a variance may of course be given by any current or future city council, but it would allow control of growth.
Currently I understand it’s at 25,000 sqft. My initial proposal would be 10,000, but i would like to start a discussion.
