Letter to Excavators

If you damage a pipeline during your excavation please notify the owner of the pipeline or emergency 911 and Texas 811 ASAP. Excavator shall also notify the Railroad Commission of Texas as soon as practical after any occurrence but no later than 10 days to file an online report as required in
TAC 16 §18.11(b).
